All jailbreakers may know, after BigBoss repo, the ModMyi is probably the largest repo out there carrying hundreds of packages including themes, wallpapers, tweaks and soundboards etc. Though ModMyi repo is added to Cydia by default whenever we jailbreak our iOS device. But in some of the cases users were unable to find ModMyi repo after jailbreaking their iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with tools like Spirit, JailbreakMe and Limera1n. And even adding ModMyi repo using http://apt.modmyi.com as Cydia/APT URL will result in Did not Find Repository error. So in the sense what could we do? Well friend, if you are facing same trouble in your device! then simply follow the guidelines from below.
How to Add Missing ModMyi Repo (Source) to Cydia
Step -1: Open Cydia and search for OpenSSH and install it
Step -2: Now create a text file using Notepad on Windows or (TextEdit on Mac) and use the following code in it as shown below:
# do not edit this file to add your own custom sources
# this file is subject to be upgraded as part of a package
# either add your own .list file to /etc/apt/sources.list.d
# or add your entry to the global /etc/apt/sources.list file
deb http://apt.modmyi.com/ stable main
Step -3: And save it as “modmyi.com.list” (including quotes)
Step -4: Now SSH into your iDevice using WinSCP, CyberDuck or DiskAid, and navigate to root->private->etc->apt and place modmyi.com.list file in sources.list.d directory
Step -5: That is it, Reboot your device and you are done
